Hobbycraft is my favourite shop in the world!
So you can imagine how excited I was when I managed to pursued Dan to do a “quick” stop at Hobbycraft on the way back from Ikea. I went in with no idea what I was looking for, and came out with loads of random buys. So for all of you who love craft as much as I do, here’s what I bought.
I have no idea what I’m going to use this for, or why I picked it up to be honest, but why punch circles when you can punch stars?
The fabric I picked up because I’m planning to make some bunting for across the fireplace, and I’ve seen this kind of bunting on Pinterest, which looks really nice. The tape and ribbon, totally random picks again!
This scrapbook was reduced from £6 to £4. I have a few of these from Hobbycraft and they are such good quality. I’ll probably use this as a scrapbook when I’ve finished my other ones.
Dan bought me some typewriter stamps for Christmas one year and I’ve never gotten around to using them because I kept forgetting to buy ink pads. These were on offer as were the stamps, so I thought I’d pick a few up.
Absolutely no idea what I’m going to do with these, but I’m sure I’ll find something!
This is my favourite buy, you just add watercolour to the pages and you have your designs! I thought this would be really nice for putting in frames around the house, or to add to my planner/ scrapbook. It was reduced from £10 to £5 which was a total bargain!
I like using metallic pens in my illustrations sometimes, so I picked up this copper one. I’ve tried out the colour already and it’s lovely and will be perfect for adding detail.
My old glue gun was really on its last legs, to the point where I was having to push the glue through with a pencil. So I couldn’t help pick this one up, at £5 it was a steal!
Again a totally random buy, but I thought these might be nice to add to my scrapbook, planner or home décor pieces.
If you’ve been over to my Instagram recently, you’ll have seen that I’ve been loving all things planner related. I love these stickers, especially the marble ones. They’ll fit so well in my planner, and make organising my life a little bit more fun.
And that’s my stash. I could have easily spent so much more, but I was very aware of the impatient boyfriend waiting in the car. This gives me so much to crack on with over the Easter holidays thought. Let me know were you guys buy your craft bits from. I normally shop at the works, but I might need to take a few more trips to Hobbycraft!
