A few weeks ago I picked these up in Superdrug in buy one get one half price offer (I think they should have been about £5.00 each). I bought these because although I need some new good quality brushes, I can’t decide on a particular brand that I want enough to pay a lot of money for, so I thought these would be good filler brushes until I finally make my mind up!
I actually really like these, for the price they’re really good. The powder brush is really soft, the only thing I’d say with it is because the end of the brush is black, it’s hard to see how much product you’re picking up. The foundation brush is the best one I’ve had so far. I normally find them really frustrating to clean, but this ones pretty easy and the foundation doesn’t stain (pet hate!)
Any brush recommendation from you guys?
I too bought my first Barry M make-up brushes last week for eyeshadow and so far they’re great for the price point, however like you I have found it’s hard to gauge how much product is on there. I’ve heard so many people rave about the Real Techniques brushes so just might treat myself to a set of those next time 🙂 Great post!

Yeah I’m hearing lots of good things about real techniques! If you do a post on them let me know. Thanks for the comment 🙂
So welcome 🙂 Will certainly keep you updated on Real Techniques… have just followed so I don’t lose track of you! lol x
Some people like the brushes from primark. Have those a go, it is also very inexpensive.
Thank you!
Those brushes look really nice. My favourite are the Real Techniques brushes. They’re a little more expensive but they last for SUCH a long time! I love Barry M at the moment. I’ve recently used a few different nails colours and have just starting trying their brow kit. It’s such a good brand!
